My diverse life experiences, combined with a varied skill set, allow me to offer a warm, collaborative, and goal-oriented approach to therapy.
After earning my BA in NYC, I pursued advanced training in psychotherapy and counseling in London and France. I went on to spend a year working in Kurdistan as a school counselor, gaining invaluable experience in supporting students and families in a multicultural setting. Additionally, I have completed certifications in psycho-emotional coaching, as well as diplomas in hypnosis (Strategic Conversational Hypnosis – Reassociative Trauma Psychotherapy) and EMDR in Belgium and France. Being neurodivergent myself, I have a special focus on supporting clients with ADHD, having completed an intensive Certified ADHD training program. To further enhance my expertise, I am currently pursuing additional training in CBT.
I provide online therapy sessions in English, French, German, or Arabic, tailoring each session to your unique linguistic and personal needs.
Outside of therapy, I am an artist who infuses creativity into every aspect of my life. When I’m not immersed in art or music, I spend my time fostering animals, reflecting my deep love for both creative expression and compassion.
About me
Initially, I was a bit hesitant to pursue counseling, but after deciding to give it a try and attending my first session, it completely changed my perspective. I used to believe I had to keep my feelings bottled up. I now understand myself better and learned ways to manage my emotions especially when it comes to my ADHD which has always been a struggle before. I highly recommend Jessika for her empathy and full support. She creates a safe space where I feel I can freely express myself.

Jessika has been so incredibly supportive. Years of feeling like I didn't belong anywhere started to make sense. Her empathy and understanding have saved me. I felt completely lost and alone struggling to make sense of what was going on. I feel more empowered. I never imagined finding someone who could actually understand what goes on in my head, especially when I didn't fully understand it myself. Thank you for all that you do.
