With a multicultural background, a wide range of life experiences, and a varied skill set, I offer a warm, collaborative, and goal-focused approach to therapy.
After earning my BA in New York City, I completed advanced training in psychotherapy and counselling in London and France. I later worked as a school counsellor in Kurdistan, where I supported students and families within a richly multicultural context. Along the way, I trained in psycho-emotional coaching and obtained diplomas in hypnosis (Strategic Conversational Hypnosis – Reassociative Trauma Psychotherapy) and EMDR in Belgium and France.
I have a particular passion for working with neurodivergent clients and have completed an intensive, certified ADHD training programme. I continue to deepen my practice through ongoing training in neuroscience and trauma-informed approaches.
Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to begin. We work at your pace, creating space for understanding, regulation, and meaningful change, without pressure or judgment.
I offer online and in-person sessions in English, French, German, and Arabic. Each session is tailored to your individual needs, values, and cultural background, creating a space that feels safe, respectful, and attuned to you.
Outside of therapy, I’m also an artist and animal fosterer. Creativity, care, and compassion are at the heart of everything I do—both in and out of the therapy space.
If you’re wondering whether we’d be a good fit, you’re welcome to reach out for an initial conversation.
About me

Initially, I was a bit hesitant to pursue counseling, but after deciding to give it a try and attending my first session, it completely changed my perspective. I used to believe I had to keep my feelings bottled up. I now understand myself better and learned ways to manage my emotions especially when it comes to my ADHD which has always been a struggle before. I highly recommend Jessika for her empathy and full support. She creates a safe space where I feel I can freely express myself.
Jessika has been so incredibly supportive. Years of feeling like I didn't belong anywhere started to make sense. Her empathy and understanding have saved me. I felt completely lost and alone struggling to make sense of what was going on. I feel more empowered. I never imagined finding someone who could actually understand what goes on in my head, especially when I didn't fully understand it myself. Thank you for all that you do.
