Nice to meet you
My diverse life experiences blend seamlessly with a varied skill set, offering a warm, collaborative, and goal-oriented approach.
After earning my BA in NYC, I continued my training in counseling in London. I then received additional training in psycho-emotional coaching, as well as trauma-centered therapies such as Strategic Conversational Hypnosis (PTR) and EMDR in Belgium and France. Being neurodivergent myself, I also focus on supporting clients with ADHD.
Whether in English, French, German, or Arabic, I can provide online or in-person sessions tailored to your linguistic preferences. I have experience working with children, teenagers, and adults.
Beyond the therapeutic realm, I'm an artist, infusing creativity into every aspect of my life. When not immersed in art and music, you'll often find me fostering animals, reflecting a deep love for both artistic expression and compassion.
About me
Initially, I was hesitant to pursue counseling, but after deciding to give it a try and attending my first session, it completely changed my perspective. I used to believe I had to keep my feelings bottled up. I've gained a deeper understanding of myself and learned effective ways to manage my emotions especially when it comes to my ADHD. I highly recommend Jessika for her empathy and unwavering support. She creates a safe space where you can freely express yourself.

Jessika has been an incredible source of support and understanding. Years of feeling like I didn't belong anywhere started to make sense. Her empathy and insight have been instrumental in guiding me through everything. I felt completely lost and alone struggling to make sense of what was going on. I feel more empowered and understand myself better than ever. I never imagined finding someone who could actually understand what goes on in my head, especially when I didn't fully understand it myself. Thank you for all that you do.
